The Energy of Guanyin
In Buddhism, a bodhisattva is an enlightened being who voluntarily delays their own entry into nirvana to assist others in achieving enlightenment. Guanyin, as a bodhisattva, embodies compassion and compassionately responds to the suffering of sentient beings.

It's important to note that Guanyin is primarily venerated within the Mahayana Buddhist tradition, which is one of the major branches of Buddhism. Other branches, such as Theravada Buddhism, may have different bodhisattvas and deities that they hold in high regard.
