The product is perfectly fine. The shipping and dealing with customer service was an absolute nightmare. Took almost 2 months for the package to arrive, had to threaten to report them for fraud to finally get it shipped.

Beautiful product. I am very happy with it. My daughter was very happy. Only problem was with how long it took to get to us. Ordered it 2 to 3 weeks before her birthday and got it 1 month after her birthday. I would order from this company again but I will give it at least 2 months lead time.

I got this for Chinese New Year and thought it would take a long time to arrive because it came from Shanghai, but it only took a good 2 weeks! First of all, since this necklace is 'Good For New Beginnings', it is perfect for me. Also, it did help promote good sleep. But it was a little smaller than expected, but I thought it was perfect, but whnever i wore it, it fell like it was tugging on my neck? Okay, whatever, but this experience was great! this is my first time actually liking to wear a necklace! And, plus, the chain is really fun to play with! 10/10!

Was very excited when I first recieved the neckalace! It looks great and feels great! It's very detailed and it's beyond what I expected. Somethings I would like to point, the moonstone is legit and you should be careful not to get it scratched or cracked. The chain is great and not too thin. Although the end end of the chain is extremely small and you have to be extremely careful to put it on. Overall I love this piece and it was worth the wait. thank you!

I love the pendant, it’s so pretty but the necklace chain is too small and changing color, the lock of the chain is not silver, I use magnate and it’s stick on it, so the lock of the chain is iron.

I was not happy with my experience. When i ordered it i was not expecting it to take as long as it did to received. It was a birthday present and it came too late.

This is absolutely beautiful. I was pleasantly surprised by how big and substantial the pendant is. I have only owned it for a short time, but I have gotten numerous compliments. The moonstone is beautifully polished and cut. It's very pearlescent and satiny. My only issue is that this is not rainbow moonstone, which is iridescent and would be especially beautiful with the filigree koi design of the silver. Overall I am extremely pleased with my pendant. The chain that the pendant is beautiful as well, but a bit too short. I used a different, longer chain in my photo.
