No matter what happens, it is the only thing that could have happened.
1. No matter who you meet, they are the person who is meant to appear in your life.
Buddhism says that five hundred glances in a previous life are exchanged for one passing encounter in this life. So, no matter who you meet in this life, they are someone meant to appear in your journey.
When you are in school, you meet classmates who accompany you through the most beautiful and carefree years of your life. After graduation, you meet coworkers. Even if you change jobs many times, there will still be coworkers waiting to meet you.
Many people pass through your life, enriching your journey. You learn and grow from them, and others become a reflection for yourself. But no one will walk with you forever. At every stage of life, new people appear and replace others around you, just as you do in other people’s lives. So, cherish them.
2. No matter what happens, it is the only thing that could have happened.
In your life, your ideals are already engraved upon the Stone of Destiny. Everything has its own course. What is meant to happen cannot be avoided, and it is the only possibility.
Every situation we experience in life is absolutely perfect, even if it does not match our understanding or our pride.
3. No matter when something begins, it is the right time.
Life is a wonderful thing, and at the same time it is vivid and alive. Its wonder lies in the fact that new things can happen at any moment.
The moment when something happens is absolute, and it is also the right moment for it to happen — neither too early nor too late. Therefore, at every moment in life, we should be prepared to welcome new experiences.
4. What has already ended has already ended.
Life itself has a beginning and an end, and so do all things.
You may have experienced a relationship. Its beginning may have been beautiful, while its ending may not have been what you hoped for. But no matter what, that relationship has already become one chapter of your life. It taught you how to love and helped you grow.
You should understand the lessons within it instead of remaining trapped in the past, because it has already ended. There is still much beauty waiting for you in the future.
